I am an experienced healthcare executive who has served in a variety of leadership roles for over 20 years. I am credentialed as a Certified Nurse Executive and a Board Certified Executive Coach. I am passionate about helping others maximize their potential and achieve their goals. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and teams in navigating challenges, developing their strengths, and reaching meaningful outcomes.

As a Board Certified Executive Coach, I partner with clients to develop actionable plans that produce results. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and my Master of Science in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I also hold a PhD in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
